Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead as the clinical supervisor for primary care providers at your designated site.
  • Facilitate schedule optimization and coverage planning in collaboration with the Site Director.
  • Implement clinical workflows and foster provider behavior that aligns with our values.
  • Educate and guide clinic providers on new initiatives, supporting their implementation and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with operational and nursing leadership to enhance clinic performance and service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Possession of a current Texas medical license.
  • Board Certification in a Primary Care Specialty: Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-residency, showcasing expertise and commitment.
  • Proven leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in community healthcare with a track record of supporting cross-departmental clinical programs.
